Sales Manager (m/f/d) – (on-site work in Mallorca)

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a sales talent with an entrepreneurial mindset – someone who can inspire customers, open up new markets, and help shape the future of our company. Not just as an employee, but as a potential partner and co-owner.

Your role

  • Develop and implement our sales strategy – from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and real estate developers.

  • Identify new market opportunities in Mallorca and beyond, and turn them into measurable growth.

  • Contribute your own ideas and help shape the strategic direction of the business.

What you bring

  • Strong sales skills and enthusiasm for high-end materials and design.

  • Excellent Spanish and English skills (German is an advantage).

  • Experience in the construction or real estate sector is beneficial – but drive and motivation matter most.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and a hands-on attitude.
