Quartzite · Travertine · Volcanic Stone

The comprehensive renovation of this traditional Mallorcan house, located on the seafront in the west of Mallorca, has preserved the original architectural elements characteristic of the Mediterranean style, integrating them with contemporary construction solutions. Thanks to the Travertine Silver marble flooring, with its beige and silver tones, aesthetic continuity and sophistication have been achieved between the interior and exterior.

Furthermore, after careful selection, a Green Quartzite with natural veining was chosen for the kitchen countertops and bathrooms, due to its high mechanical resistance and suitability for areas of continuous use.

The exterior area stands out for its Classic Travertine flooring, selected for its durability and thermal performance in warm climates. For the interior lining of the swimming pool, volcanic stone from Bali, Indonesia, was used, chosen for its non-slip properties and hydrothermal performance, guaranteeing long-term functionality and aesthetic value.

The end result is a high-quality architectural gem, where tradition and modernity achieve a balance.
