Located on a southwest-facing plot with direct sea views, this house has undergone a complete renovation, resulting in a contemporary building with an optimized layout and spacious, functional areas.

Gris Zarci natural limestone was used as the primary finishing material, bush-hammered and brushed. Applications include interior and exterior paving, steps, wall cladding, kitchen and bathroom countertops, and custom-made shower trays.

The extensive use of Gris Zarci responds to both aesthetic and functional criteria, with its neutral tone and natural texture being particularly valued for lending a sense of understated elegance to the overall architectural design.

The project required close coordination between Stone-World Mallorca, the architectural firm, and the factory, ensuring traceability from block selection to final installation on site, thus guaranteeing the highest standards of technical quality and precision in the finishes.
