This project is characterized by the meticulous selection of high-performance materials, including various premium marbles and porcelain, combined with Gris Zarci limestone.

The natural stone supply encompasses the flooring, steps, bathroom countertops, and the main facade, all executed in Gris Zarci with different finishes depending on the technical and aesthetic requirements of each application.

The facade is particularly noteworthy, composed of high-precision machined pieces, assembled by the builder using a placement system that guarantees stability, alignment, and visual continuity, achieving a monumental finish.

The kitchen countertop and island, as well as the backsplash in this area, were manufactured by the workshop using a luxury porcelain from the Neolith brand, selected by the interior designer for its high performance in thermal, chemical, and scratch resistance. For the dressing room, an Italian marble with outstanding aesthetic characteristics was chosen to reinforce the exclusive character of the space.
