Façade in Palma

Limestsone

The façade of this building, located opposite the sea and close to the Porto Pi Shopping Centre in Palma de Mallorca, has been completely renovated. Crema Niza limestone was chosen for the cladding, an ideal material for façades due to its energy efficiency and sustainability.

With its characteristic cream colour, this limestone has not only added aesthetic elegance to the building, but also provided excellent thermal insulation: it retains heat during the winter and keeps the interior cool in summer. Its high resistance to compression and wear makes it a durable option that is particularly resistant to moisture.

Crema Niza is undoubtedly one of the most highly valued natural stones due to its versatility and wide range of applications in architecture and design.
